Originally from Colorado, David and Carlene Lokey have been living in Los Barriles for over 20 years. They’ve been active in the growth of the local community in many ways including participating in local organizations like the Rotary. Kite boarding, kayaking, mountain biking, are just some of the ways they like to spend their free time.
Blake and Pam came from Oregon in 2004 in search of sunshine. They had so much fun building their home that they started a company to help others do the same. When they are not working, hiking, or snorkeling, they can be found doing projects around the house or in their garden.They are both active with Amigos de Animales where they met and adopted two cats, Pumpkin & Toby and their dog, Guapo. Lily joined the family during a trip to visit family in New Mexico.
Kim Bolin Kim moved to Los Barriles in 2017 and has been working in real estate since 2014. Prior to real estate, Kim served as a Chartered Financial Consultant, Registered Investment Advisor, and Senior Analyst for multi-billion dollar company. Kim's warmth and keen ability to pair buyers with sellers make her a great addition to our team!
Kathy Obenshain, or "Kathy O" as she is known, is the point person for Homes & Land. She handles all the behind the scenes processing of sales and purchases. She moved to the area in 2008 from New Orleans, with her husband, for water sports and fishing. Working at Homes and Land of Baja is her new professional passion after being in sales management for years.
Priscilla Duran grew up in Los Barriles where her parents own and operate Café Maria Restaurant. She and her husband Edwin Rodriguez have a beautiful baby girl Luna. Priscilla started LosBarriles.Life website and vacation rental business, she also is an active member of our community who serves in the Rotary Club of Los Barriles and was recently elected to be president the 2022-2023 season. She also started the Crescent Moon Project, opening art spaces and classes for the children of our community at no cost.
